工作在高速柔轴下的柔性连接转子容易发生转子动力学失稳,柔性连接处内阻尼是引起失稳的主要因素。采用Kelvin-Voigt黏弹性理论建立转子柔性连接的复刚度内阻尼模型,通过Kelvin-Voigt黏弹性理论损耗因子与转子模态测试得到复刚度模型中代表内阻尼的虚部系数,应用拉格朗日方法建立柔性连接转子系统的动力学方程。结合试验结果验证了模型的合理性,研究了连接处内阻尼和减振器动力学参数对转子系统稳定性的影响。结果表明,增大柔性连接处内阻尼会极大降低转子系统的稳定性,增大减振器中的刚度系数和减小折合质量可有效提高稳定性,系统的稳定性需从连接处和减振器两方面协调设计。  相似文献

Ultrafine-grain and high-strength Mg-5Li-1Al sheets were prepared by accumulative roll bonding (ARB) process. Evolution of microstructure and mechanical properties of ARB-processed Mg-5Li-1Al sheets was investigated.Results show that, during ARB process, the evolution of deformation mechanism of t Mg-5Li-1Al alloy is as follows: twinning deformation, shear deformation, forming macro shear zone, and finally dynamic recrystallization (DRX). The grain refining mechanism changes from twin DRX to rotation DRX. With the increase in ARB cycles, strength of the Mg-5Li-1Al sheets is enhanced, whilst elongation varies slightly. With the increase in rolling cycles, anisotropy of mechanical properties decreases. It is conclusive that strain hardening and grain refinement dominate the strengthening mechanism of Mg-5Li-1Al alloy.  相似文献

A theory is presented for the effect of axial strain on the stiffness and damping of a rubber strip clamped at its ends and deformed laterally. Experiments on such a system were carried out, varying the tensile strain and the sample dimensions. Both free and forced oscillations were used, the former giving more accurate results for the damping. The results were compared with the theoretical predictions with very good agreement. The work suggests that it may be possible to vary the damping of an engineering component by design of the shape and mode of application of the forces, rather than by variation of the rubber compound out of which it is made. This presents possible advantages with regard to overall performance of the component, for example, the temperature sensitivity. It also suggests a mechanism for possible artefacts in characterisation tests for elastic and loss moduli of the material.  相似文献

Objectives: The aim of this study was to explore the potential of boosted tree (BT) to develop a correlation model between active pharmaceutical ingredient (API) characteristics and a tensile strength (TS) of tablets as critical quality attributes.

Methods: First, we evaluated 81 kinds of API characteristics, such as particle size distribution, bulk density, tapped density, Hausner ratio, moisture content, elastic recovery, molecular weight, and partition coefficient. Next, we prepared tablets containing 50% API, 49% microcrystalline cellulose, and 1% magnesium stearate using direct compression at 6, 8, and 10?kN, and measured TS. Then, we applied BT to our dataset to develop a correlation model. Finally, the constructed BT model was validated using k-fold cross-validation.

Results: Results showed that the BT model achieved high-performance statistics, whereas multiple regression analysis resulted in poor estimations. Sensitivity analysis of the BT model revealed that diameter of powder particles at the 10th percentile of the cumulative percentage size distribution was the most crucial factor for TS. In addition, the influences of moisture content, partition coefficients, and modal diameter were appreciably meaningful factors.

Conclusions: This study demonstrates that BT model could provide comprehensive understanding of the latent structure underlying APIs and TS of tablets.  相似文献

随着非常规油气的勘探开发,超深井、复杂井、页岩气井等对固井质量的要求越来越高,现有水泥基材料性能已经不能满足要求,需要探索新型材料在水泥基材料中的应用以及对水泥石的性能改造。从碳纳米管自身的特点出发,制备稳定性较好的碳纳米管分散液,通过水泥石抗压强度、抗折强度测试、单轴三轴力学性能实验以及微观结构测试对碳纳米管的加量范围、分散效果进行了讨论,分析碳纳米管对水泥石力学性能的影响规律。实验结果表明,0.05%~0.1%碳纳米管加量能够提高水泥石的抗压、抗折性能,并且随着龄期的增长其增强效果更加明显;碳纳米管能够降低水泥石的弹性模量,同时增大塑性形变,使水泥石韧性增加;碳纳米管对微观结构的增强增韧机理表现为拨出、桥联、纳米诱导效应和网状填充效应,经过分散的碳纳米管与基体的相容性较好。   相似文献

研究改性防护蜡对轮胎胎侧胶性能的影响。结果表明,与传统防护蜡相比,改性防护蜡异构烷烃质量分数较小,结晶尺寸小且致密程度高。改性防护蜡可在不影响胎侧胶硫化特性和物理性能的前提下,大幅提高胎侧胶抗喷霜性能,保证轮胎表面不受臭氧侵蚀,在防止裂纹产生的同时明显改善成品轮胎外观。  相似文献

The approach of positioning energy dissipaters between adjacent structures can effectively prevent the collision of two adjacent buildings. For adjacent retrofitted structures, an effective strengthening approach that involves implementing energy‐dissipation measures both between and within buildings is proposed. This paper is based on the actual Shanghai ShiMao International Plaza. To avoid having to strengthen most of the structural members, the strengthening measure of energy dissipation is selected because of its construction cost and time constraints. This approach involves replacing several dampers between the adjacent structures and adding viscous damping walls in the retrofitted structure to reduce the seismic response of the retrofitted structure back to the original level. Additionally, a practical calculating method for the equivalent additional damping ratio for the adjacent structures connected by energy dissipaters is proposed. The results show that the effect of energy dissipation in the retrofitted structure is prominent and that the goal of indirect strengthening is achieved. The strengthening approach of energy dissipation and the calculating method of the equivalent additional damping ratio for adjacent structures provide a reference for similar engineering designs.  相似文献
